These files are under the CC BY-SA 2.5 licence, the one of the Mutopia Project edition they come from: you may copy, print, share and change them, crediting “Philippe Hézaine / Mutopia Project (Mutopia-2007/02/17-763)” and the licence, and sharing your changed versions under the same licence.
Both files carry this notice themselves: in the footer of the PDF and in the “rights” field of the MusicXML.
